PREPARE FOR YOUR WOVEN RETREAT
Here are a few commonly asked questions:
How many guests will be at the retreat?
We are all about creating interactive, intimate experiences, and we are capping registration for the spring Woven retreat at 30. Booking along with your BFF is totally welcome, or come solo, as lots of attendees do.
My friend is also attending the retreat. Can we bunk together?
Absolutely! Just indicate your preference on the registration form. Space is limited and assigned first come first serve so, while we will do everything we can to accommodate your request, we can not guarantee you will be assigned to the same room. NOTE: Price is per person, even if you are rooming with a friend.
What do I need to bring?
April in East Tennessee can be a bit fickle. The average high is 71 degrees and average low is 42 degrees. Rain is a possibility; however, most activities will be indoors. Pack whatever makes you feel great! No need to dress up (although you’re welcome to!). There will be time for walks, yoga, and swimming in the onsite pool so pack accordingly.
What should I expect from the retreat?
We encourage you to come with an open mind and open heart. With that in mind, be ready for fun, reflection, connection, engagement, quiet time, laughter, and love.
I have food allergies. Can the chef accommodate me?
Yes. Please let us know the specifics of any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your registration form, and we will work with the chef to accommodate your needs.
What isn’t included in the registration fee?
Travel and toiletries are not included. Upon arrival we will take care of everything else, allowing you to settle in and fully relax.
Are there payment plans?
We are sensitive to budgetary constraints and are happy to talk to you about alternative payment options. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
Do I have to participate in every activity?
All activities are optional. (We get that me-time is important, too!)
What’s the schedule?
Please see our sample schedule for more details.
What kind of activities are available during free time?
Create in the Artisan Corner, journaling, meditation and mindfulness, one-on-one sessions with a Woven facilitator, yoga, walking outdoors, enjoying delicious chef-created meals and drinks, swimming, and more!
Escape to Big Oak Lodge and join a community of women seeking peace, renewal, and personal growth. Included in your registration fee is all food and drink, accommodations, and welcome gift basket.
